Question: Can I order by telephone or fax?

Answer:

During our regular business hours (9am-5pm, Monday through Friday), please call us at 1-800-978-0206 (Toll Free) and we can take your order right over the phone. Outside of normal business hours, you may leave your order through our secure voice mail system and we can handle the rest. Please be sure to let us know your

Also you may order via fax during our regular business hours but please contact us prior to ordering to obtain a correct total and fax ordering instructions.

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct; if the shipment comes back to us because you provided an incorrect address, we will charge you to re-ship the product. In addition, if you provide an address that does not get verified with our postage software, we will not ship out your order, and will contact you BEFORE we ship your items out. We will then wait to receive a verifiable address and then we will send your order. Checking and re-checking your address will help to prevent your order from taking longer than it needs to get to you.

If you are calling in an order, and do not provide a way to contact you, we will not be able to accept your order. We do not use your phone number or e-mail address for anything other than contacting you or putting you on our e-mail list.
