The Standard Trap Bars have all the same features (and benefits) of our regular Olympic Trap Bars with the only exception being the smaller plate size.

A comparison between Olympic and Standard Plates - If your plates have a 1" hole, like the plate on the right, choose the Standard Trap Bar. If your plates have a 1.95" or 2" hole, like the plate on the left, choose the Olympic Trap Bar.
